Monarch LCS 具有更人性化的設計，使用H.264編碼器可同時擷取高解畫面與 Live HD 視訊，並提供串流與錄製的功能。它是體積小、易於使用的2路輸入擷取設備，且價格合理經濟。Monarch LCS 可以接受 SDI 與 HDMI 攝影機訊號，更可擷取 HDMI 輸入的視訊訊號。而各輸入端可以獨立且同步編碼，以用於最新的多路串流視訊播放器。此外，為符合您的視訊播放器需求，輸入端訊號可以在編碼前針對不同應用做不同的畫面組合，像是畫面疊合、子母畫面或畫面並排等。

Monarch LCS 是台性能可靠、單機運行的網路裝置，使用者可輕易安裝並整合至視訊管理系統（VMS，如Opencast和Kaltura）和學習管理系統（LMS，如 Moodle）。它直觀的網路界面讓用戶可以方便地創建，便可應用在現場串流、課程錄製等結合不同攝影機與展示素材的SDI和HDMI來源；它也具有功能強大的縮放、去交錯及降噪功能，以確保原始畫面可被送至編碼器。為了串流需求，編碼器使用RTMP或RTSP協議，來傳遞串流內容到本地端媒體伺服器或是雲端的CDN等；在錄製需求中，編碼器可將視訊以MP4或MOV格式直接傳送至網路磁碟裝置，因此便無需再進行課後的檔案傳輸，或傳輸到本機USB或是SD卡上。

Monarch LCS提供了完整的HTTP API控制。這讓網路或雲端視訊管理介面開發者、A／V整合商，能夠在自己的環境中利用Monarch LCS的串流和錄製功能，創造客製化的用戶體驗。另也支援Crestron的室內媒體控制模組使用。

模式豐富

不需複雜的課程錄製設備。Monarch LCS 透過簡單配置，就可將包含課程內容的視訊、音訊與相關素材，匯集成網路直播媒體。製作人員可以選擇不同畫面模式，設定子母畫面或並排等不同的畫面佈局。如果在課程錄製中想隨時改變畫面模式， Monarch LCS 也支援模式切換。透過簡易的設定，Monarch LCS 就能製作完美的畫面佈局，完成課程與發表會的錄製/發布。

Frame Synchronization

Recording File Format
